Ho Lap College Alumni Association (HLCAA) has formally established a Planning Committee
to organise the 45th Anniversary Celebration Dinner to be held this year.

Date : Saturday Evening, 25th October, 2014.
Time : Dinner starts at 7:30 p.m.
Venue : The Banqueting House, Shop 3, 13/F Megabox, 38 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay.
Seats : 40 Tables for 12 people each (around 400 seats will be available for alumni)
Price : HK$680 per person

Registration will commence on 22nd April 2014 (Registration Form attached)! To streamline the registration process and to ease the administrative burden, we urge you to take note of the following:
• Group registrations are preferred, but individual registrations are also available. Please fill in the Registration Form and send it to our designated Ticket Representatives (List attached).
• Registrations will only be secured upon receipt of payment.
• Availability of seats will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Subject to a majority decision of the Planning Committee, the net proceeds from the Dinner will be donated to Ho Lap College for the betterment of the students. Please see appendix.
The Committee is currently working on the finer details of the event, and periodic updates will be posted on the HLCAA website www.holap.org.hk and Facebook .
As with previous anniversary celebrations, the 45th Anniversary Celebration Dinner is a valuable occasion for open interaction among the HLC Alumni, Sik Sik Yuen, HLC staff and other participants. Please make sure you do not miss this once-in-a-5-year opportunity!
